  1. Subjective truths

The older I get the more i realize most things in life are subjective truths. Not subjective in the sense of “I think it is true therefore it’s true”, but in the sense that different conditions shape our beliefs.

We are mostly not in 100% control of our external conditions. What we do for work, who we meet, where we live etc, and we will be invariably affected by these conditions.

Beliefs can feel like perfect truths, but in fact we are not always aware of the inseparable conditions that produce them.

To be liberated is to understand what conditions are at play that shapes our seemingly unmovable beliefs.
